Initial consultation

We begin each new psychotherapy treatments with a consultation phase of one to two sessions. The consultation gives us a sense of your situation and allows us to tailor the treatment to your individual needs. 

Insurance Coverage

Our clients use Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United and many other common insurance companies for their out of network benefits.  My office can check your eligibility for benefits with your insurance provider and will inform you about your individual co-insurance amount per session.  We also offer the service of submitting your insurance claims on your behalf at no additional cost. 

Payment

Our office accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, checks and cash. You will receive a detailed invoice at the end of each month. 

Cancellation Policy

In case you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Our office is very flexible when it comes to rescheduling, just let us know your availability that week.
