I earned my Ph.D. at the Derner School of Psychology at Adelphi University, a top-ranked clinical psychology program where I honed my psychodynamic case conceptualization. In addition, I am also well-versed in cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavorial (DBT), and mindfulness modalities. My undergraduate degree is from Brown University.

With more than seven years of in-depth clinical experience, I focus on working with patients who struggle with anxiety, self doubt, procrastination, negative intrusive thoughts and relationship difficulties.

Raised in Hong Kong, I am fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and offer native-language therapy to Chinese speakers. In serving several community-based organizations in Manhattan's Chinatown, I designed a pilot study to treat mental-health stigma among Chinese American immigrants.
